In short
Published social posts now show engagement in the dashboard — latest views, likes, and comments inline per platform row, with the full 1h→7d curve in a hover card. Agents could already read the same snapshots via API; this brings them to humans reviewing sent posts.

What we shipped

Engagement metrics for agents added snapshot collection and API reads in August. The dashboard now surfaces the same data on sent posts — no extra API call needed when you are reviewing what published.

Where to find it

Open Dashboard → Social → Published, expand a sent post. Each platform row shows:
  • Latest counts inline — views, likes, comments, shares, saves where the platform exposes them
  • Hover card — the full snapshot curve from ~1h through ~7d after publish
Metrics load when you expand the row (not on the list query), because only published posts have snapshots and the list still carries every draft.

Honest empty states

A target with no numbers says which case it is instead of showing zeros:
  • Pending — post is younger than the first ~1h collection pass
  • Unavailable — every read failed (often missing insights permission or a paid-tier requirement on X)
  • Unsupported — platform does not expose readable metrics (e.g. Orbit)
