Use the New site wizard to import a public website, upload a PDF or text file, or describe your business. Aveiro picks a design that fits (or choose it yourself), imports your logo when possible, then click Build my site and refine in the editor.
Who this is for
Founders, freelancers, and small teams who already have somewhere their story lives — an old Squarespace page, a Notion export, a PDF one-pager — and want a modern Aveiro site without manually rebuilding every section.
Before you start
Have a public HTTPS URL ready if you plan to import a website (no login wall).
Or prepare a PDF, Markdown, or text file under 10 MB.
Or write a short paragraph about what you do, who you serve, and how to contact you.
Optional: decide whether you want Aveiro to pick the design or tick Choose the design myself to browse the gallery.
Step 1 — Open the wizard
In the dashboard, go to Sites → New site.
Enter a site name and preview slug (your-name.aveiro.page).
Choose what the site is for — business, portfolio, blog, or personal. This selects the page recipe.
By default Aveiro chooses a gallery template from your intent and what you will build from. Only the look carries over — not demo copy or logos.Tick Choose the design myself on step 1 if you want to Pick a look and Style your site (colors, typography, logo upload) before the build.
Step 3 — Point at your content

Tip
A live marketing site
My website
Use the canonical homepage URL. Aveiro reads the home page plus up to seven inner pages relevant to your intent, and imports a header logo when it finds one.
A brochure or deck
A document
Export to PDF or paste into `.md` / `.txt` for cleaner extraction.
Only notes
Describe it
Mention services, location, proof points, and email or phone.
Leave Write it with AI on unless you want a literal transcription. Max plans get stronger headings and button labels; Lite plans still get a fact brief.
Click Build my site and stay on the progress screen until the build completes.
Updated pricing on your old site? New PDF? In the editor go to Settings → Site → Rebuild with AI. Rebuilds replace pages the build created and move your manual pages aside if they collide.
