In short
Audience → Deliverability tracks the last 30 days per verified sending domain: volume, bounce and complaint rates, authentication status, and a health summary that turns warning or danger when thresholds are crossed.

What we shipped

Sending a campaign and seeing “delivered” in a stats row is not the same as knowing your domain reputation is healthy. The new Deliverability page under Audience gives per-domain cards for the rolling 30-day window:
Metric
What it tells you
HealthHealthy, needs attention, or at risk
Sent / deliveredVolume in the window
Bounce rateHard and soft bounces as % of sends
Complaint rateSpam complaints as % of sends
AuthenticationSPF, DKIM, DMARC verification from DNS
Last sendMost recent send from this domain
High bounce or complaint rates surface as warning or danger before providers silently throttle mail.

Why it matters

Indie newsletters often discover deliverability problems only when open rates collapse — weeks after the damage started. Common triggers:
  • Importing old lists with stale addresses
  • Sending from an unauthenticated domain
  • Ignoring hard bounces and spam complaints
Deliverability connects those signals to one dashboard next to your campaigns and subscriber list — not a separate ESP admin panel.

What to do with it

Before a big send
  • Confirm your sending domain shows verified authentication.
  • Send to a clean segment first if the list is new or imported.
  • Check Deliverability 24–48 hours after the send — not only campaign open rate.
When health drops
Signal
Action
Rising bounce rateStop mailing bounced addresses; review import quality
ComplaintsReview frequency and consent; audit signup sources
Auth failedFix DNS records; refresh verification in Domains
At riskPause large sends; clean the list before the next campaign
Use Audience → Overview filters for bounced and unsubscribed contacts, then bulk-archive or delete bad addresses.

List hygiene reminder

The Deliverability page includes a standing reminder: only mail people who expect your messages, and remove hard bounces promptly. List hygiene is not a one-time migration task — it is part of every send cycle.

Try it

Open Audience → Deliverability after you have sent through a verified domain. If you see No send data yet, complete domain setup and send a campaign first. For setup steps, see Sending domains and the full Deliverability doc.
