In short
Organization → Assets is a full-screen view of the shared media library — multi-select, bulk move to folders, and bulk delete with the same reference scan as the picker. Any member can browse; site media actions respect edit access.

What we shipped

Every media picker in Aveiro already drew from one organization library. This release adds a dedicated Organization → Assets page so you can manage that library without opening the editor or a post draft.

The assets page reuses the same folder tree, source filters, upload dropzone, and Generate with AI stack as the picker — it is not a second storage bucket.

Multi-select and bulk actions

  • Checkbox tiles — select many files at once
  • Bulk move — drag the selection into a folder, or use the move menu to file everything in one step
  • Bulk delete — remove unused uploads in one pass; files still referenced by pages, draft or scheduled campaigns, or pending social posts are skipped (409 from the org-wide scan)
Dragging one selected tile moves the whole selection.

Permissions mirror the server

Listings were already filtered to sites you can view. Bulk move and delete on site media additionally require edit access to that site. Organization media stays member-level — any org member can upload, move, and delete org files.

Why it matters

Brand kits, screenshots, and AI saves accumulate across sites. A picker is great when you are attaching one image; the assets page is for housekeeping — filing a photoshoot into folders, clearing orphaned uploads, or moving a batch after a rebrand. Guide: Media library.

Try it

  • Open Organization → Assets in the dashboard sidebar.
  • Filter by org media or specific sites, then select a folder.
  • Multi-select tiles → Move to folder or Delete to clean up in one pass.
