Org-wide newsletter sends can now publish to a site. On first publish, pick which site hosts the archive page; republish reuses that site automatically.
What changed
Publish to site used to appear only for campaigns tied to a single site. Audience-wide sends — the common case when you email every subscriber across your organization — had no site of their own, so the action was hidden even after send.Sent campaigns now always offer Publish to site when your organization has at least one site:
Site-tied campaigns — one click, same as before
Org-wide sends — a dialog asks which site should host the archive page (preselected when you have one site)
Republish — reuses the host site that already holds the page; no second prompt
To avoid orphan pages, Aveiro blocks publishing to a different site while an archive page already exists. Remove the page from the first site before hosting it elsewhere.
Why it matters
Your back catalog of audience-wide newsletters can become on-site content without re-sending or re-authoring. List issues with a Collection block the same way as site-specific sends.
